At our ProTec Playa and Tulum Advanced Training Facilities we offer selected items of the Halcyon, Dive Rite and HOG dive gear manufacturers for retail and rent.
Retail dive equipment
We are proud to offer our customers the finest recreational, cave, technical and rebreather diving equipment available on the market today. In our Dive Center & Full Service Training Facility you will find a fine and full selection of technical diving equipment.
We provide selected items of the Halcyon, Dive Rite and HOG dive equipment manufacturers for our customers to purchase. We also ship Halcyon, Dive Rite and HOG to our customers who purchase with us. In addition we stock selected Scubapro products like Jetfins and regulators, as well as some DUI accessories.
We have backplates, wings, harnesses, transpacs, reels, O2 Analyzers, regulators, everything that you would expect to find in a technical diving center. Apart from the obvious we are proud to offer to our customers original QRSS maps of many local cave diving locations, many books from various authors, oxygen cleaning supplies and lubricants, tank labels, Sofnolime, Sodasorb much more.

ProTec Tulum opening hours: Every day 8:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00
ProTec Playa every day 8:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. We are closed on Saturday afternoons and all day on Sundays.

Rental dive equipment
We only rent to our customers the products that we use ourselves during fun dives, on our expeditions and during our diving programs. All of our rental gear is quality technical diving equipment from quality gear manufactures.
We offer rental equipment like backplates, wings, reels, liftbags etc, as well as selected SCR and CCR units such as CCR Megalodon, CCR Classis KISS CCR O2ptima and a P-SCR Halocline.
Our single stage and bailout tanks are - 30’s, 40’s, 80’s, 63’s.
Our Rebreather tanks are - steel 2 ltr, 3 ltr, 4 ltr and 13’s and 19’s aluminum cylinders.
Our open circuit double tanks are primarily 80 cubic ft aluminum cylinders with some steel 85’s, 95’s and 104’s.
ProTec Tulum fill station
As a note with our rental program. We prefer divers to own all of their own equipment for most levels of training but we do understand that it is impossible to fly with all the gear needed.
We do have extra battery packs for primarily lights that can be rented alone and other weight savers. Reservations must be made prior to renting any technical diving equipent, our customers and students do have preference for rental.
